Description of problem:
When changing the primary output to the right screen the desktop icons always stay on the left, separate from the panel.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nautilus-2.28.4-15.el6.x86_64
gnome-desktop-2.28.2-8.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
Boot and log in with two displays connected. A secondary monitor should be on the right by default.

Now running "xrandr --output <SEC> --primary --left-of <PRIM>" will switch the primary output to the secondary as desired. But making the the secondary to be on the left: "xrandr --output <SEC> --primary --right-of <PRIM>" will keep the icons on the non-primary display. 
  
Actual results:
Icons do not move to the primary display with panel

Expected results:
They do

Additional info:
Looks like nautilus is simply seeking the leftmost desktop to place the icons instead of checking by the panel or a configuration of the primary display.
