Should be be fixed now.: Promotions allow you to promote content from one environment to the next along a promotion path. Once you have created a changeset, clicking "Add" next to one or more products will add them to the change set. If products already exist in the next environment, you may promote other types of content. Once you have created a change set, click the "Promote" button to commit it to the next environment. Also buttons now do not show up at all instead of being disabled. commit: 4bb2776803bc9bb0d77f365677220e75623d0f71 Verified with following katello build: katello-cli-0.1.5-1.git.15.654a7df.fc15.noarch katello-0.1.70-1.git.7.ca8d03c.fc15.noarch Now we can see the help text as stated above in comment1 under the 'Promotions' tab. And this help message clearly state everything. And +Add button is only available if any changset is there for promoting the product to next env. otherwise, no +Add button is visible to user. getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist |
