How to reproduce
-----
1. yum install scsi-target-utils
2. configure /dev/sdc as a storage using below commands:
tgtadm --lld iscsi --op new --mode target --tid 1 -T iqn.2011-07.com.example:iscsi-sdc
tgtadm --lld iscsi --op new --mode logicalunit --tid 1 --lun 1 -b /dev/sdc
tgtadm --lld iscsi --op bind --mode target --tid 1 -I ALL
3. install microsoft iscsi initiator,Initiator-2.08-build3825-x86fre.exe, which is downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=18986. my test system is Windows XP SP3.
4. connect to my storage with M$ Initiator, screenshots of configurations of Initiator attached
5. in WinXP, i can successfully connect to my storage, and then copy a little file to the iscsi storage
6. after writing, i log off from the Initiator.
7. tail -f /var/log/messages, there is an error recorded
