Description of problem:
The unit file auditd.service is not installed on ppc due to %ifnarch check. Audit's build fails.

I'm convinced this check should be removed. Alternatively could be completed with the same check in %files section.

What's the reason of the check?

The %ifnarch appears to be misplaced due to a patch against the specfile going bad. Moved it down where it belongs.

* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing audit-2.1.3-2.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
