Description of Problem:
Went to the Red Hat Manuals and looked up how to reset my firewall so my
ethernet ftp system will work. The Customation manual said it's easy use
gnome-lokkit. So I made a root xterm and sure enough gnome-lokkit does not exist.

It is in RHL 7.3. You probably don't have the gnome-lokkit RPM installed.
