Description of problem:

If you change /etc/sysconfig/i18n to:
LANG="zh_CN.GB18030"
And login using GB18030 and Gnome, then the top and bottom bar does not show
up. Basically, the Gnome desktop is unusable.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RedHat Enterprise 6 update1 official release. The component selected above is not exact. I could not find top and bottom bar of Gnome Desktop.

How reproducible:
One desktop PC and note book PC. This should be a generic problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.change /etc/sysconfig/i18n to:
  LANG="zh_CN.GB18030"
2.Reboot server and login using GB18030 and Gnome
3.

The top and bottom bar does not show up

This request was not resolved in time for the current release.

This request was erroneously removed from consideration in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4, which is currently under development.  This request will be evaluated for inclusion in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4.
