Description of problem:
When trying to cancel a print job, the stop/pause buttons become insensitive but the job is still there in the queue.  This message appears in .xsession-errors:

(gnome-control-center:22077): printers-cc-panel-WARNING **: successful-ok

Note: the printer was not enabled.  After enabling the printer, I can cancel jobs.

Hi Tim,

could you try new version of cups-pk-helper (cups-pk-helper-0.1.3-3.fc16)? There was a problem related to IPP_GET_JOB_ATTRIBUTES. cups-pk-helper didn't set "requesting-user-name" for the request. It should be fixed in the build.
I've encountered the problem also for enabled queues.

cups-pk-helper-0.1.3-3.fc16 has been pushed to the Fedora 16 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
