Description Andy Lutomirski 2011-10-15 06:14:47 UTC
c++/50442 is a nasty regression for me, as it's causing a lot of my code to fail that used to work on less up-to-date F15 installs. It's new in gcc-4.6.1-9.fc15 and it's fixed in F16's 4.6.1-10.fc16.

Please build 4.6.1-10 for F15.

Comment 1 Nerijus Baliūnas 2011-10-18 14:37:33 UTC
I am not sure if it's the same bug, but I get this error with gcc-c++-4.6.1-9.fc15:

*** glibc detected *** /usr/libexec/gcc/i686-redhat-linux/4.6.1/cc1plus: double free or corruption (out): 0x60e1bdb8 ***

/usr/libexec/gcc/i686-redhat-linux/4.6.1/cc1plus[0x80f1c09]

It compiles ok with gcc-c++-4.6.1-9.fc16.

Hi Nerijus Baliūnas ,
                     Can you add some notes about How to reproduce this issue? . Please update your gcc version and test the same.

Comment 3 Nerijus Baliūnas 2012-01-28 14:38:53 UTC
IIRC I was compiling wxWidgets svn trunk (configure flags used --enable-debug --with-gtk --disable-utf8). But I already upgraded Fedora and it does not happen anymore.

I got this trying to build TOra (http://sourceforge.net/projects/tora/).

I will attach the failing preprocessed source.
