Description of problem:
When I select "is not" operator in any Search form, after pressing "Search" button "contains" is selected.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open "Distros" or "Recipese"
2. select some criteria and press Search

Or go to bellow link (notice the "is+not" in distrosearch-2.operation):

Also it is not "reliable", for example "is+not" in distrosearch-1.operation on "Tag" field changes to "is":

Looks like a typo ('operations' instead of 'operation' for the field name in the template). I don't see how this could have ever worked in the past though...

Setting this to 0.8.1 with severity high, because it's quite an annoying bug.
