Description of problem:
  When search Machine that without CONSTANT_TSC flag and without
nonstop_tsc flag,  I chosen CPU/Flags, chosen "is not" in Operation, chosen "CONSTANT_TSC" in value, Click search Button, the column operation will change Contains automation

Steps to Reproduce:
1: Click "Toggle Search"
2. In column Table, chosen CPU/Flags; 
3. In Column Operation, chosen "is not";
4. In Column Value, input CONSTANT_TSC
5. Click Search Button.
  
Actual results:
In column Operation, "is not" automation change "Contains"

Expected results:
In Column Operation, still "is not"
