Description of problem:

When permanently removing a lab controller it should also remove all distros associated with it.

0.8.0

I thought we did this, but its not in the current code and I can't find it in any branch.

All we do currently is delete the mapping from distro_lab_controller_map. Is that what you mean? 

We currently do this, commit f8718479
