Can I get an quick outline of the steps required to configure this: where to find JARs, what config files, sample config etc

One more note: 

If HP Systinet is used as registry and jUDDI registry is completely removed, system property must be set on a command line (or in run script)

-Djavax.xml.registry.ConnectionFactoryClass=org.apache.ws.scout.registry.ConnectionFactoryImpl

I think this needs to be an update of the kbase article that was created for SOA-1444
