Request tracker 4 got released ca 8 - 9 months ago

Any particular reason for it no having to be updated to that release in Fedora?

Yes, primary issue with rt4 is Fedora still lacking modules rt4 would require. E.g. several reviews are stuck, because of long chains of issues having interacted.

Another issue, I regret having to say so, is the quality of rt's code base itself, which leave much to be desired.

Anyway, I hope to be able to provide rt4 for fedora 17.
