Yes, primary issue with rt4 is Fedora still lacking modules rt4 would require. E.g. several reviews are stuck, because of long chains of issues having interacted. Another issue, I regret having to say so, is the quality of rt's code base itself, which leave much to be desired. Anyway, I hope to be able to provide rt4 for fedora 17.
