Description Daniel Rowe 2012-01-24 13:34:29 UTC
Description of problem:

After yum updating and getting the new 3.2.1-3.fc16.x86_64 kernel has left my system un-bootable on this kernel due to the arcmsr module for Areca RAID controllers being missing.

This module is present on 3.1.9-1.fc16.x86_64 the previous kernel version.

Comment 1 Josh Boyer 2012-01-24 14:42:58 UTC
I think this one was mistakenly disabled in the great module purging of 2012. I'll reenable it

Comment 2 Josh Boyer 2012-01-24 14:55:12 UTC
Fixed in Fedora git. Will be included in the next build.

Comment 3 Daniel Rowe 2012-01-25 00:04:23 UTC
