Description of problem:
there are only 4 options in at --help:
	-V
	-c
	-f
	-q
but 9 options in man at
       -V 
       -q 
       -m 
       -f
       -l
       -d
       -v
       -c
       -t

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
at-3.1.10-43.el6_2.1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. man at
2. at --help
3. compare the results
  
Actual results:
at --help does not report all available options 

Expected results:
all option in man and in --help

Same issue is in fedora 16. There are only few more new options. So I'm doing a clone.

at-3.1.13-6.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16.

Package at-3.1.13-6.fc16:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing at-3.1.13-6.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
