Description of Problem: 
Running RH7.3 with all RHN updates.  Selected "Internet Configuration Wizard"
item from Programs -> System menu. Entered root password.  Program crashed on
startup, presented exception error.

How Reproducible: Tried it three times, it crashed the same way three times.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. select Internet Configuration Wizard item from menu
2. enter root password when prompted
3. 

Actual Results:
program crashes

program runs normally
