Description of problem:
This is a request for the ability to tile & cascade windows, similar to the way
Explorer does it on the Microsoft platform. 

This is a "nice to have" feature kind of thing - when one ahs a *LOT* of windows
open, it can get a bit haphazard. Tile & Cascade don't have to be smart about
rodering, just place things in semi-sane manner with identical  size & shapes.
Plus former Micrsoft users expect similar behavior.
