Choosing any entry in the help browser results in a missing URL message.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch gnucash
2.Ask for help browser
3.Click on any entry
	

Actual Results:  Message about missing URL

Expected Results:  Appropriate HTML page for said entry

Additional info:

Many files, including xacc-quickstart.html are missing from the RPM

Is this with 1.6.8-x, or 1.7.5-x?

Works for me with 1.8.0-1.
