How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch few ec2 instances for provider ec2-us-east-1.
2.try deleting the provider ec2-us-east-1.
It pops up with "are you sure you want to delete the provider?.when clicked on yes no status message is displayed.


Expected results:
user should get err message: there are instances for cloud account and destroy operation should failed.

I am unable to delete the provider.. period
