Probably temporary subpackage could help - we will ship it only for Active spin but still report upstream is not a bad idea. I think we should just always use the kde-workspace version, which is the more complete one. Looks like upstream wants a limited set of actions for Active. But yeah - if they do not expose it in UI, than it's not a problem to have kde-workspace one... Let's check what happens in Active with kde-workspace version.
