Cause: Dependency on python-suds was missing.
Consequence: virt-who refuses to start
Fix: add Requires: python-suds to specfile
Result: virt-who starts correctly

If install the python-suds package, it will can be started. "Requires: python-suds" is missing in the specfile. This is an easy fix. This bug has been fixed in virt-who-0.6-2.el6. Verified the issue, the result is PASS.
