Description of problem:
e2fsadm fails to resize an ext3 filesystem because resize2fs is missing in the
installation image.  Shouldn't it be there?

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot the installer
2.Find out your existing root logical volume has become too small to hold an
`Everything´ install
3.Try to resize it with e2fsadm

Actual Results:  It fails because resize2fs isn't there

Expected Results:  Shouldn't it?

I'm going through Bugzilla closing some bugs that have been marked as Modified
for some period of time.  I believe that most of these issues have been fixed,
