This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle. Changing version to '19'. Description of problem: /lib/systemd/system/wpa_supplicant.service should have not have execute bits set, it's a config file. change 0755 in install -D -m 0755 %{SOURCE3} %{buildroot}/%{_unitdir}/%{name}.service to 0644.
