Go through the japanese translation of portal and unify translations on different places.

For example:
Register page and user detail dialog contain: (名前 - name, 名字 - surname)
New Staff and Organization portlet contains different translations: (名 - name, 姓 - surname)

Localizations of name/lastname are unified on mentioned places.
