I haven't done a serious research, but with the new bz 4.2 and a quite old python-bugzilla-0.6.2-2.fc16.noarch I get

$ bugzilla query --bug_id 62037

Server error: <Fault -32000: 'Can\'t locate object method "get_fields" via package "Bugzilla" at /loader/0x1a61afc0/Bugzilla/Extension/RedHat/WebService/CompatBugzilla.pm line 2319.\n'>

If it is a server error, it's generally a Red Hat Bugzilla issue. This will be fixed in a release tomorrow morning (AEST).
