Trying to enter a new Fedora bug (i.e., click on "New", then "Fedora", then "Fedora" again, takes like a minute to bring up the new bug page, or sometimes doesn't bring it up at all and displays this error instead:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /enter_bug.cgi.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache Server at bugzilla.redhat.com Port 443

Ouch.
