Booting without "quiet" at least allows you to see that it has found the disk, and the partitions on it. The root is an LVM volume though, so I guess it's not setting up LVM properly. On second thought, shouldn't it be booting into initramfs? And digging further, the initramfs is missing for the latest kernel. It's not on disk, or referenced in grub.cfg. Reinstalling the kernel package solved the issue. Can't find any errors in the logs when it was improperly installed... That'd be a problem in either grubby or dracut. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 754877 *** |
