Description of problem:
Just a blue screen appears if a user tries to enetr the network details page of a NIC.

Should we raise an exception if the path doesn't exist? That could be an indication that the kernel module wasn't loaded (like in the case after the spec-cleanups)

This patch fixes the file mode - must be a script.
