Description of problem:

Current scripting support is insufficient for any serious work because it is not possible to create reusable components/modules that could be pulled in to different scripts to perform common functions.

It would be great to support CommonJS (http://commonjs.org - a specification for modular javascript) in our javascript integration.

CommonJS is available in Rhino 1.7R3 and later.

Bulk closing of items that are on_qa and in old RHQ releases, which are out for a long time and where the issue has not been re-opened since.
