Description of problem:

Script source providers offer an ability to load scripts from various sources. This feature should be available for any scripting language and should be usable both in the CLI and RHQ server (in alert scripts) - obviously some script source providers might not be applicable to both environments.

Bulk closing of items that are on_qa and in old RHQ releases, which are out for a long time and where the issue has not been re-opened since.
