Description Václav Pavlín 2012-09-14 09:10:30 UTC
Fedora 18 changes the way how to work with services in spec files. It introduces new macros - %systemd_post, %systemd_preun and %systemd_postun; which replace scriptlets from Fedora 17 and older (see https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:ScriptletSnippets#Systemd, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=850016).

This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.

Comment 2 Miloslav Trmač 2013-05-11 01:02:52 UTC
Thanks for your report, added in polkit-0.110-4.fc19.

(The macros don't make _that_ much sense for polkit, because it is exclusively bus-activated - but they do the equivalent of (systemctl daemon-reload) which is needed, and hasn't been done before; so using them is overall beneficial.)
