Description of problem:
During the installation when pressing ctrl+alt+left/right combination is possible to switch to different workspace. This should be disabled.

How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start installation, wait for GUI to initialize.
2. Press trl+alt+left/right combination

  
Actual results:
It is possible to switch workspace.

Expected results:
It shouldn't be possible to switch workspace
