Description of problem:
Not sure what possible use someone would have of needing to maximize our filter dialog, we should omit that window control if possible, and just have close and minimize.

subscription-manager-gui-1.1.10-1.el6.x86_64  (as per latest release candidate)

Maximize button gone.  VERIFIED.
