Steps to Reproduce: 
  * Portal should be in Local Language


  * Click on Templates Tab
  * Select a template
  * Click Network Interfaces tab in details pane.
  * Click New => New Network Interface window
  * Click Edit => Edit Network Interface window





Actual results: 
#FIXME
The last character of the New Network Interface window title is missing.
The last two characters of Edit Network Interface window is missing.
Expected results:
Both should be displayed in full.

Its working fine for me, (English Local)
What are the specifications that you are using?
Local, Browser etc,
can you please attach a screen-shot.
