Given that katello-configure can now do database resets and katello-reset-dbs is considered deprecated, we should be sure to remove this from packaging sooner rather than later, so that we're not packaging scripts that run the risk of no longer being fully functional.

These bugs have been resolved in upstream projects for a period of months so I'm mass-closing them as CLOSED:UPSTREAM.  If this is a mistake feel free to re-open.
