Description David Jaša 2012-10-29 17:05:29 UTC
Description of problem:
local client keyboard -> english keyboard mapping wrong causing reordering of guest keyboard layout.

This bug makes e.g. impossible to write anything meaningful when both client and guest use the same layout that happens to be sufficiently divergent from basic en_US layout.
When you switch client layout to en_US, the problems are gone.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mingw-virt-viewer 5,0,2,4
mingw-spice-gtk-0.12-6

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. switch client to french layout
2. switch guest to english layout
3. in some text input in the guest, type 6 keys next to tab, left to right

Actual results:
you see: azerty

Expected results:
you should see: qwerty
(aka only guest layout should matter)
