Description of problem:
After installation of Fedora 18 XFCE (TC6 Beta), entries in menu have no icon next to them

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
garcon-0.2.0-3.fc18.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 18 XFCE (TC6 Beta)
2. Click on 'Applications Menu'

Actual results:
Icons are not shown next to menu entry although checkbox in Applications Menu preferences 'Show icons in menu' is checked

Expected results:
Icons are shown next to menu entry

There are two problems here:
1. The setting has no effect if menu icons are disabled globally in xfce4-appearance-settings.
2. Even if they are enabled globally, there is a problem with xfsettingsd, see bug 863337.
