Cluster name validation

If the cluster name is greater than 40 characters, on clicking 'Ok' the field will be highlighted and on mouse over "Field content must not exceed {0} characters." message will be shown. 

I have attached the screen shot of the same.

It would be more user friendly if a message would be displayed without the need to mouse-over. Red highlight around the box plus a message is the desirable behaviour.

As per comment 2, the functionality is present though not in the requested manner.

Closing this as we will not be addressing this in the present UI. Please re-open if you consider this a high priority fix.
