This bug happend in RHEL-5.9-Client-RC-1.0 too.
and in the not translated list 
RELEASE-NOTES-or.html should be RELEASE-NOTES-pa.html

Translators know the markets well.  So please rely on translators' judgment of whether or not to translate a product name.
