Description of problem:
The Ctrl+Alt+Del key sequence is captured by both guest and client even if the remote-viewer window is in focus and cursor is grabbed by guest.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect to a running VM through RHEVM User Portal using remote-viewer
2. make sure the cursor is grabbed by the guest system (e.g. by clicking into the RV window) 
3. press Ctrl+Alt+Del
  
Actual results:
The CAD sequence is captured by both guest and client systems. (Resulting in the Security Screen being brought up on Windows client).

Expected results:
The CAD sequence is captured by guest system only.
