Once the install is complete, it says you can reboot.
And the label on the button is "Reboot!".
But it does not reboot the machine...

What release are you testing, and is this a live install or a regular install?

oops I forgot sorry.
That was Fedora-18-Beta-x86_64-Live-Desktop.iso with graphical install
