Doc Text:	Cause: After selecting "add resource" for a service group, there was no cancel button on the dialog, creating a dead-end in the UI. Consequence: Users had to reload the page if they clicked the button accidentally or changed their mind after clicking it. Fix: A cancel button has been added to the "add resource" dialog for service groups. Result: There is no longer a GUI dead-end.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:
 Service Groups -> add -> Add Resource dialog does not have "cancel" button, creating a dead end.

User must add a resource he did not want and remove it later. Having "cancel" button there would be more user friendly.

Expected results:

This request was not resolved in time for the current release.
