Description of problem:
Add Firefox 17 ESR as fully supported browser.

Firefox is going to be rebased from 10 ESR to 17 ESR in RHEL soonish so RHEV-M webadmin and UserPortal should be ready for it

3.1.0 or .1 / 3.1.0-33.el6ev

you'll see this message:
This Browser version isn't optimal for displaying the application graphics (refer to Documentation for details)

Expected results:
no such message is displayed

spice XPI plugin works with Firefox 17, no change needed there

FF17 will be the only supported browser for linux clients in RHEV-M 3.2.

note that we cannot differentiate between ESR vs non-ESR versions: (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/939929)
so for every FF17 on linux, the "This Browser version isn't optimal" will not be displayed.

this patch ^^^ added FF17 as a supported browser.

Verified with firefox-17.0.2-3.el6_3 against rhevm-3.2.0-7.el6ev (SF6).

In Firefox 17 ESR, the browser incompatibility message is not shown in the Web Admin and User/Power User Portal. See attached screenshots for details.

As mentioned in comment #13, Firefox 10 is no longer flaged as a supported browser and the browser incompatibility message is displayed there.
