sqlalchemy is low level infrastructure that would be tested implicitly through installation and use. There is no pressing need for this update, apart form minimising the versions in use compared to epel etc. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
