Description of problem:

In the NTP Dialog, the buttons 'Cancel' and 'Ok' are not translated.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to DATE&TIME and enter the NTP dialog (the 'gears')
  
Actual results:
incomplete translation to SPANISH

Expected results:
complete translation
