The icon is the standard gnome help icon. File a bug against gnome if you don't think it is intuitive enough. The button is in the only toolbar on the screen. That is the obvious place for it. As for making the text fancier, your personal ideal for help text does not make this a valid bug. I'm reopening the bug after discussion on IRC #anaconda channel. If the help is going to be removed in future anaconda, let's start some discussion. If it's going to stay, then some parts of the report are still valid and it should not be closed as NOTABUG then. I understand that there are more important things to fix, and that's why this bug doesn't have priority/severity set. If you're not going to make it for this release, you can always, instead of closing, move it to next release. This way it won't disappear. This message is a reminder that Fedora 18 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 18. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '18'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior to Fedora 18's end of life.
