In case it makes any difference, dnf-0.2.20-1.gitdec970f.fc18.noarch fails with other packages as well:

I have the same problem with tagainijisho-dic-*. The just-submitted update partly fixes the behaviour for me:

# dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing install tagainijisho-dic-en
works now

# dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing install tagainijisho-dic-en.noarch
Error: nothing provides requested tagainijisho.noarch = dic-en

Note: this does not seem to be reproducible with all packages -- e.g.
# dnf install gstreamer1-plugins-ugly.i686
Error: nothing provides requested gstreamer1.i686 = plugins-ugly

# dnf install "gstreamer1-plugins-ugly(x86-32)"
works

# dnf install gtk-solidity-engine.i686
works

Hmm, I have to confirm, this isn't working for me either. Looks like more edge cases to shoot down still. I'm moving this one back to ASSIGNED.

Package hawkey-0.3.7-2.gitdd10ac7.fc18, dnf-0.2.21-1.git050524e.fc18:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing hawkey-0.3.7-2.gitdd10ac7.fc18 dnf-0.2.21-1.git050524e.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
