Description of problem:
On a GNOME system (i.e. one without any KDE libs pre-installed), run:

dnf install kaudiocreator

On launching, note that there are no icons for 'CDDB Lookup', 'Edit Album', 'Rip', and 'Eject CD'. Also note that clicking Rip gives you an error message about a missing audiocd ioslave or something. Installing audiocd-kio fixes all of the above. However, I assume kaudiocreator also needs a direct dependency on whatever provides its icons.
