Description of problem:
settings done in gpointing-device-settings are lost after computer restart

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup somethong in gpointing-device-settings
2. restart computer
3. gpointing-device-settings
  
Actual results:
setings are lost

Expected results:
setings are ok
